We take pride in the quality of our garments and offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all authentic tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package via a tracked and insured courier service to our distribution center; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our specialists will inspect the garment for quality assurance before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
